Life involves loss. The death of a loved one, the decline of one’s health, or losing a job. Loss comes in many forms and leaves indelible marks on each of us. Most people experience grief at some point in their lives. The COVID-19 pandemic left many people with unresolved, prolonged, and complicated symptoms of grief. Addressing this emotion can be a complex process that varies among individuals because most people have unique ways of expressing their grief. Providers like myself are equipped with a range of techniques and intervention strategies to help you navigate it. I will meet you in a safe, non-judgmental space to help you work through the emotions associated with your grief, with the end goal of healing in mind.
